The job
From green walls to fresh paint
01
The challenge
The north and west walls had a green film of algae and black mildew under the porch roof. The paint was twelve years old, so high pressure was out of the question.
02
Our approach
We pre-wet every bed, applied a biodegradable soft wash, let it dwell for fifteen minutes and rinsed at low pressure from the gutters down.
03
The result
Bright, even walls with no paint lifted. The owners cancelled a repaint they had budgeted nine thousand dollars for.
